We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with Neuro Salt for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund

Make sure your request is within the 60-day refund period, starting from the day your order was delivered. You can verify your delivery date using your tracking number.
Step 2: Contact Customer Support

- Use the subject line: “Refund Request.”
- Briefly include your reason for the request
This helps us process your request faster and provide better assistance.
Step 3: Return the Product
Please return all bottles (opened, used, or empty) to the following address:

To ensure a smooth process, include a note inside your package with:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Order ID (optional but recommended)
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within a few business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your provider
